Sex is therapeutic for me and I think it helps DH and I be better parents. Sex 1-3 times per week I'd say. Sometimes more depending on the week! We have really slowed down since LO was born, but the exhaustion really set in, and took over. We are slowly starting to get back on track, which is great.
