The prawns from Costco are sooo good! Also I make a giant batch of pasta salad; broccoli salad, watermelon salad, caprese salad, fruit salad,meat and cheese platter, grilled veggies.</p> <p>The hit of the summer are these strawberry cheesecake bites (from iowagirleats)...hollow out strawberries and fill with a cream cheese frosting (cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract) .so easy and everyone loves them). We just finished working out and having dinner. Now we are watching a little tv before going to bed. We have a busy weekend - my family is coming over to celebrate my mom's birthday so I am making dinner for them. Then we are having my two best friends over for a BBQ (3 little boys between the two of them) so that's some more food prep. And we are still recovering from the big group we had over last weekend (I made a huge spread)...and next weekend my neighbor and I are hosting a neighborhood block party. I am exhausted just thinking about it but I also love having people over.
