My first pregnancy I was no insulin resistant so I did there cycles of cloned and one cycle of femera before getting pregnant. I preferred seeing and RE vs. my OB. This time around I was seeing an endo and I was insulin resistant so I was on metformin. I have thin type, which I'm told is harder to treat, but I didn't use fertility drugs for any of my three pregnancies.
