Do you have a bouncer seat or Rock n Play? That is what we used as a transitional tool.

First we had her sleep in the same room as us, but in the bouncer, then we moved the bouncer to her own room, then we eliminated the bouncer and put her in the crib. We did each step for about a week.

I need help!! LO is 4 months and we have been co bedding since about 2 months. He still wakes a ton and I nurse him to sleep for naps and bedtime. I think part of his waking come from me moving in my sleep.

I am really ready to get him in his crib. Whenever I try to put him down in his crib he wakes up and cries instantly. I tried CIO and it was a huge fat failure and I don't plan on trying again.

Any tips? Do I just need to do the put down pick up routine over and over till it works?
