Definitely use it. When you thaw it, it'll have a smell if it's bad and then you can give WCM.

:silly: use it! I'd keep some wcm handy just in case. But totally fine!

I'd use it! 6 mos in a regular freezer is good, up to a year in a deep freeze (from what I've read). Go for it!

I think it's fine! Use that and if you pump, freeze that and use it as backup.

I'd use it! Unless it was defrosted and then frozen again, don't see why it wouldn't be fine!

I pumped about a day's worth of milk when I was in a wedding, at the end of March. It's been in the bottom of our regular freezer since thing. Since I SAH and apparently don't have a life away from LO, I still have most of it in the freezer. We are going to a wedding next weekend and will need to leave two bottles for C with the babysitter. Do I need to pump this week or do you think the frozen ones are OK? They are about a week shy of 6 months old. I know they say 6 months is fine in a deep freezer, but this is just our regular one.

I can pump, it's not a big deal, it's just.... I don't feel like it. Or I could give her cow's milk, but since she will be with a babysitter she'll have just met, I want her to have what she is used to.
