A couple of times a week (or whenever it made more sense), he would get fresh milk. I know the frozen stuff isn't as good nutritionally, but it wasn't so much of a big deal to me to go out of my way to make sure he had fresh stuff. Do you provide daycare with frozen breastmilk or pumped breastmilk from the day before? I read that frozen breastmilk loses some of its nutrients so its always better to use fresh milk and to save the frozen for emergencies. But then I'm thinking it would be nice to get rid of the older milk first. What do other working mommas do? </p>
