Agree with pain! They're super sore and affect an area because they start causing other ducts to back log.

How do I tell the difference?

I'm not in pain. It's soft/tender to the touch and I can feel full ducts, but when do I know it's a clogged duct?

I weaned gradually over the last month, and it's day 2 of no nursing/pumping ( we were down to 1x nursing ).

HELP!
