It was Charlie Banana and apparently they used to work together or something. And I have both diapers and they are extremely similar but CB puts the pocket in at the front. They're such a big name, their business can't be threatened that much by work at home moms, etc, who happen to make "pocket" diapers. I know that FuzziBunz has also been accused of copying from another diaper maker (evolution diapers), and then had some employee leave the company and start their own company, starting another lawsuit/public drama.
