&#60;p&#62;My friend had an issue with her twins unclipping the chest clip on their convertible carseat. I suggested she call the manufacturer (Graco) and see if they could send a replacement or at the very least make note that 20 month olds can unclip it themselves. Graco sent her new (better) clips and they have not messed with/unbuckled them since.
