I was super tired and fell asleep on the couch. Woke up and went upstairs to bed. Then I washed all my pump parts, but forgot to put the milk in the fridge. It was sitting out all day (10 hours) so I had to toss it. I popped the bottle in the water and went to go do some things around the house, and what do you think happened?? I forgot about it and ended up Boiling the breastmilk :( It took my 45 minutes to pump all of that with my low supply and now it's ruined. I could cry!!</p> <p>Anyone else do anything dumb today? Make me feel better! </p>
