Is he wearing a belt?" Or the one where you have an assortment of items on a tray, you carry it around so everybody can see, and then they have to write down everything they can remember. </p> <p>What if you had everybody do a portrait of him? Give them 5 minutes and then he gets to judge the results? Have several “surprise” guests from different stages in his or her life hide behind a curtain or outside the room. </p> <p>One at a time, have each of them tell a story about the honoree – some will be funny, some will be touching. There will be about 30-40 guests, in a rented hall.</p> <p>It's my FILs birthday and they've put ME in charge of games because they said I always have fun games when our family gets together--but those are small gatherings of 10-15 ppl. I have no ideas for a larger gathering. It will be a mixed age group--a lot of seniors, but also families with children and babies.</p> <p>Help?</p> <p>I'm thinking baby shower type games, adapted to fit a 70th birthday. </p>
