Had one clogged duct early on but no mastitis. Do you guys have that in the States? It's 5 drops daily (given like the vitamin D drops). I took BioK, which was really good. Basically just make sure you get something that is kept in the fridge (higher quality). </p> <p>I spent 8 (!!!!!) months sterilizing pump parts, sterilizing soothers, washing everything in hot etc to no avail. It was horrible!! Not to mention the pain. And it's probably a good idea to give your LO a probiotic after they are born. </p> <p>I was GBS+, received antibiotics in labour and got thrush 2 weeks PP. It was HELL and very difficult to get rid of. I did convince myself I had it (crazy first time mom problems) and our pediatrician gave me the cream just in case. I got thrush while nursing DD1 because of mastitis meds and I reeeeeeeally want to avoid it again! </p>
