<description>&#60;p&#62;@autumnlove:  Wait. woah! That's way off! Oh...did you wash your hands before and after taking those readings? Whenever I get weird readings, I always scrub my hands with hot soapy water and sometimes I get much lower readings!

<description>&#60;p&#62;My doc told me that those meters have an accuracy degree of +/- 10 points. Plus your body is constantly changing so you'll always get readings like that. Every time I would take my readings, it always varied like that! I just took an average of 3. :)

&#60;p&#62;My fasting reading this morning was 206...I knew that wasn't right so I did it 2 more times before giving up. Next readings were 184 and 210. I guess I need to calibrate my meter!
