I made the bed skirt and sheets etc to match to cut costs. We did those wall decals of birch trees behind the crib and dresser/dressing table and added some Giraffe and jungle inspired wall hangings that pulled from the colors in the bedding. THe bedding was cute "B is for Bear" with a little bear on it. The sheets are stars. And it was fantastic, because we used it for both of our kids!
