We did this when we moved into this house because we changed the door lock on the garage and didn't want to replace the pricey front door lock. It was relatively cheap compared to a new front door lock. About 5 contractors (and their crews)have used a key to do work and I'm paranoid! DH thinks I'm crazy to want the locks changed again! :-( </p>
