Hi mommies,

I've been struggling with nap training for my now 6.5 month old for the past 2 months. I've tried (and still doing) black out blinds, white noise, watching for drowsy cues, leaving her inthe crib for the full hour after she wakes up but no matter what i do, she can't seem to get over the 30-45 min mark. She is, however, sleeping quite well at night and is now sleeping for 12 hours for the past week. So i guess my question is when did your LO transition from cat-napping to the 1.5-2 hour length. I know evey baby is different but i'm just curious about your experience so i dont go stark crazy.
