My go to would be chili. I make a white chicken chili that is always a hit!! As far as dessert I almost always take cake from King Arthur.

If you are looking for something cold weather/hearty, chili or soup might be good - like chicken and rice soup - with a big salad and fruit salad. You can provide some rolls on the side if non-GF people want it.

If its a healthier crowd, a hearty quinoa salad sounds good - something with apples, raisins/craisins, nuts and finely chopped kale with honey mustard dressing. If you wanted to have meat in it, some chopped up rotisserie chicken would be great. If you wanted to keep it veggie, you could add some feta or bleu cheese or goat cheese crumbles on top. You could serve that with a fresh fruit platter, or if you wanted to do a GF baked good, flourless peanut butter cookies are easy!

How many people?

You could bring a crockpot with either chili or soup (just make the whole thing GF), then have some crackers and a salad on the side.

Or make a baked pasta dish (ziti, lasagna, mac & cheese) and just use GF pasta... side salad (make sure dressing is GF)

Or a big salad with lots of stuff to put on it: could make a chicken salad (however you like it) and tuna salad to put on top, or egg salad.

Both Barilla & Ronzoni make a great GF pasta you can barely tell the difference:
http://www.barilla.com/gluten-free-pasta

Corn pasta is really good- you could do a spaghetti casserole and salad. Taco casseroles are easy too (make sure to get seasoning w/o flour)- rice, black beans, ground beef and cheese then people can add avocado, salsa, sour cream as they please.

I volunteered to take lunch next week for a small group at my church. At least two ladies eat gluten free and I'm waiting to hear back if there are any other preferences/allergies, etc. Any ideas for easy, gluten free options that everyone would enjoy? I think there will only be 6 people.

ETA: I would probably bring a main dish and a dessert.
