A bracelet with the kids' initials on it has been my favorite for me :) For the baby, a friend sent me Zutano booties and they have these little snaps and they STAY ON and they are awesome. He wears them most days to daycare. An activity book (like a sticker book) would be lovely for my toddler, and another vote for something personalized for the baby. Caffeine is a big part of my day and anything that makes it easier to get it is a winner. </p> <p>For the baby, I remember being so sick of all the monogrammed blankets that arrived for my first. But now I wish someone had sent one for my second, he doesn't have anything with his name on it.</p> <p>I very much appreciated people who remembered my toddler too, and it's lovely that you are doing that. I always think monogrammed gifts are nice for the second child so they have something that is really "theirs". I like the idea of a care package for everything, with specific gifts that could really help in those first weeks. </p>
