The little things we have needed has been an insane amount of diapera and wipes. We seriously go through wipes like its the thing to do plus my toddler isnt potty trained yet. We got a double snap and go for $50 and that is a huge help with quick drs appointments and errands for now. We also got a bottle warmer that we didnt need with one. The bottle warmer is way better than heating on the stove. We have been ordering all of it off amazon. Even our insane double stroller. Maybe an amazon gift card. We also needed way more burp cloths. But my twins have reflux this time around and spit up a lot. As a second time mom with a toddler and twins we have tried to be as minimalistic as possible. Dont know if your froend is like that.
