DH sent a card around to his team for everyone to sign but was wondering what else to do. The boss who had the baby is a director (makes a lot of money), my DH is the manager, and there are 4 other people on the team that work for them. When one of the 4 employees got married last month, the director sent around a card and took donations for a gift card. DH is thinking taking donations of money might be a bit awkward because the employees make significantly less than the director. </p> <p>what would you do? I can cook something this weekend... maybe some pink cupcakes since it's a girl? Or is it better to ask for money from the employees? </p>
