I'm super happy that he has a new opportunity, and scared out of my mind of all the work I'm going to have to do without him and learn before he leaves.</p> <p>I really want to get him a See You Soon gift - to thank him for all of the knowledge he has given me in the last 5 years and wish him all the best going forward.</p> <p>Any thoughts on great work guy gifts? I have to ship it, or I can order something local for him.</p> <p>Sigh. </p>
