Honestly, even iTunes gift cards to get the toddler some more apps/shows, or the mom some new shows, would be great. I had a sweet friend who offered me her login to both. I was just googling it and it looks like you can give gift cards in the $20 range for 3 months for Hulu. I had a friend who brought me a whole stack when I was in the hospital - it was amazing. If you want to bring a gift, maybe some sort of activity or game for her child would be nice.
