I used pictures of all of her family. One page might be all couple photos, another was grabdbabies, some pages were just random photo spreads... she loved it. Made her cry in a good way!</p> <p>This year I'm sending her gourmet chocolates. Everyone has to eat! I'd get grass fed beef patties, frozen lobster, crab, shrimp. I'd wrap the card with a nice tin of cookies. So on my grandmothers for example , my cousins and I all regularly send new photos to it of the great grand kids. She's had a rough year health wise with some illnesses that were hard to kick, so I don't want to get her a certificate to go out to eat or anything like that. I'm at a total loss, and so is DH. She has everything she really needs! Any thoughts or suggestions you've done with your own grandparents? </p>
