I use runmeter and it's awesome. It maps your runs and tracks your pace. You could get him an armband for his phone, and a new pair of headphones. I have Yurbuds and they are amazing! They click into place in your ear, and never fall out (even if you tug on the cord). He just started running again, and he's running 5x a week almost 4 miles a day. He has a great pair of running shoes that he loves (New Balance Minimus) that we bought for him for Father's Day last year. I want to get him something else that will help him with running... maybe some sort of tracking bracelet? He's been mapping out his runs every morning on a website when he gets back home. He's signed up for a couple of local 5ks this month and he's really excited. </p> <p>Any ideas? I'm looking to spend anywhere under $75. </p>
