I think it's strange to give anyone something that they wouldn't enjoy. It would be like DH giving me golf clubs. But it's the norm for DH and BIL. MIL and SIL always seem to gift them plants, flowers, cookbooks, basically things they themselves like. DH doesn't think it's odd at all since it's all that he knows. This man loves movies, video games, and although he likes plants, he doesn't really like them that much and isn't really into cooking. Surely they know this ... I just don't get it.</p> <p>Is it as unusual as I think it is? </p>
