We have a FB group for the parents at our school. Teachers are not included, so we usually do a big pitch-in for gift cards, then each bring something small like flowers, cupcakes, or new books for the school. Or some nice bath products, and some small stuff like lip balm, etc. Homemade treats have been a hit, and I’ve also given a bottle of wine to a teacher who I knew liked red wine and a mug and selection of nice teas to a teacher who loved tea.
