I'm so picky! I gave away a few items from baby shower that I didn't know where the items came from and had no receipt. I would always hang the outfits up even if they weren't worn. I feel like someone took the time to pick out the gift, I can't just discard it right away. I'm sentimental though. Sure some of the clothes that family buy are not my style but I'll put her in it once, because what's the harm. take a picture and post it to FB saying "thank you!" I always feel guilty but if I have no use for it I would much rather donate so someone can get use out of it! I will hold onto it for several months in case I change my mind though. </p> <p>Do you feel guilty getting rid of gifted items? What do you do if the person asks how LO likes the gift? </p>
