News and does things like red carpet interviews and fashion shows. Bill Rancic is her husband. He's a real estate developer and won the first season of The Apprentice. Giuliana has been very public about her infertility struggles (a miscarriage and failed IVF) and then recently she had a routine mammogram before another IVF attempt and was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 36. She ended up having a double masectomy and is not advised to get pregnant for 5 years but they are now expecting a baby through a surrogate. And she has to be on the meds for 5 years so she'll be 42 when she's done at which point the chances would be much lower for a successful retrieval.
