It's all-inclusive but the food was excellent and there were so many different dining options. The resort was VERY family friendly and the rooms were modern and clean. I actually felt bad for the younger people there who were looking for a crazy good time because there were so many families and it was just very low-key. Like I said before you can still stay in a nice condo for $150 or under a night. You can save money by making your own breakfast, even if it's cereal every day at the condo. Even some lunches. Have you read the YHL posts on their trip? They had a LO about that age when they went and wrote about what worked, what didn't, but they would still do it again. They also wrote about how they saved, and activities they did.
