@lemondrop: Haha poor you!

I also think he's gotten my husband's obsession for order (OCD tendencies). I asked him to help put something away and he put everything in a perfect straight line. I'm scared for the future, it's going to be like Sleeping With The Enemy around here with two like that!

I see my husband in him all the time. He looks like I did as a baby, but acts like my husband! I was just thinking that when I was up late last night standing between the two rooms hearing them both snore.

So cute! I think that's one of the best parts when they are that age ... You really start to see who they are becoming! I definitely see those glimpses of the parent's personalities in our friends' kids!

Do you ever catch glimpses of your personality in your child?

Yesterday, my 2 year old figured out how to open the front door. He ran out into the hallway (we live in a condo) twice before I could get the deadbolt set. Then, ignorant of this fact, he proceeded to tell me he was going out, to go eat cake. Then he got his ball and told me he was going to play soccer, by himself. (Of course then he brought me his shoes because he needed me to put them on for him. <3 )

For probably the first time, I thought, that's MY child! It's probably normal toddler behavior but he just seemed so adventurous and independent like mama!
