You put them on first, then the coat over. We usually just pull his coat sleeves over his hands. They are a lot harder to pull off than regular mittens. Today was -10 and I felt horrid - his fingers were red and freezing!!!! poor baby... We had some mittens for him but he can easily take them off and hates them.</p> <p>Ideas?? </p>
