Thanks everyone for your replies! I ended up making a fritatta with coconut milk that was DELICIOUS. The gluten free guest can eat oats, so the coconut milk yogurt and granola also worked well. I appreciate the help!!!

@babybean404: Be careful with granola...your GF guest may not be able to eat it, even though it says "gluten free". A lot of GF people also have difficulty with oats (including me!). Udi's makes delicious GF cinnamon rolls though . Plain fruit is also great!

Banana pancakes - made with only banana and egg are awesome; so are peanut butter cookies (ingredients are peanut butter, sugar, egg). Check out Paleo cooking sites for other ideas, as Paleo meals are both gluten and dairy free.

Also, I want to echo that you should be very wary of utensils, pans, etc that may have trace gluten/dairy.

There's actually alot of gluten free breakfast mixes... muffins, pancakes, waffles, I like the ones from Bob's Red Mill.

Another vote for checking out some Paleo recipes. My friend makes some Paleo muffins that are gluten, soy, and dairy free and they are OMG good.

@babybean404: Potato hash, Spanish omelette, or if you have a trader Joe's they have amazing gluten, soy, and dairy free bagels. Serve with earth balance fake butter in a red tub.

This recipe always gets lots of compliments and it is super easy: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/gluten-free-quick-and-easy-banana-bread-made-with-baking-mix-recipe

If you use the oil it can be dairy free too!

I second the crustless quiche or quiche cups or some sort of egg bake! Use almond or coconut milk to make fluffy, add gluten-free sausage or veggies or both, and you are good to go! You can have a small bowl of shredded cheddar to top for those who can have cheese.

I would do a crustless quiche. You don't even need a recipe- just toss a bunch of veggies in a pan, cover with eggs (you can water down with water instead of milk), salt and pepper, and bake to golden.

ETA: Applegate has breakfast sausage that is GF/DF.

I am no expert but for gluten free I would buy something. Cooking something in your pans/ dishes even though made with gluten free ingredients can still be contaminated by residue that is left behind.

There's an egg/sweet potato hash I have seen floating around here on HB. Something like that would be good. Or mini egg cups, the kind with no crust? I've made them several times in muffin tins.

Baked oatmeal? You could do gluten free fruit breakfast muffins. And is dairy just milk and cheese or eggs too? Because you could make a dairy-free veggie frittata or egg bake with ham in it.

I'm hosting a brunch and planning on getting biscuit sandwiches (egg, bacon, fried chicken, etc) and donuts from a local shop. We'll also have fruit, homemade granola, and yogurt.

I have one friend who is allergic to gluten and another who is allergic to soy/dairy. I need a make ahead recipe (or two!) to accommodate them.

The granola is gluten and dairy/soy free and I plan to get coconut yogurt.

Any ideas???
