They are the only ones I can find usually. They cook perfectly, and reheat well, too. I haven't frozen them, but I feel like they'll stand up. We buy them at Fred Meyer (or Kroger). You can, and should, do the no boil method. The noodles are good, but definitely get mushy when over-cooked. I'm GF and haven't had a proper lasagna in ages. I don't think I ever actually see GF lasagna noodles so I wanted to see if any of my other GF bees have had any experience with any brands? Also, can you do the no boil method with them? Lastly, has anyone had any success with freezing a pan of lasagna with GF noodles and not had them get all mushy? My biggest complaint about GF substitutes is that they don't reheat well. I know you can use zucchini or other thinly sliced veggies but I'm craving the real thing! Thanks! </p>
