@AprilK: I've never seen this but just looked at the locations they sell in & they are in my hometown! Will have to have my mom pick some up to try!

Yep - another Tinkyada fan..... They are the only ones I can find usually. When I make lasagna I put the noodles in hot tap water to soak until softened --- boiling then baking over cooks them so this ends up working well for leftovers too!

Martha Stewart's butternut squash recipe with sage is to die for!

I ended up buying the Tinkyada from amazon to try as I can never find the lasagna sheets in stores. Thanks for your tips! I'm sure I'll try them all.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: Is it Ancient Harvest brand? The stores I shop in have a bunch of different quinoa pastas from Ancient Harvest, and it is my favorite GF pasta, but no lasagna noodles!

I've had success with Tinkyada lasagna noodles. I've only used them about twice though.

I've had great luck with all GF pasta I've tried. It tastes almost as good as the original stuff.

If anyone on the West Coast is looking, check out Manini's, they have fresh GF pasta that is amazing!

YES! I found the DeBoles brand to be the best: http://www.deboles.com/products/product.php?prod_id=793

They are no-boil, which is freaking awesome! They cook perfectly, and reheat well, too. I haven't frozen them, but I feel like they'll stand up. We buy them at Fred Meyer (or Kroger). I feel like any store with a GF section should have them.

Tinkyada makes a rice lasagna noodle. You can, and should, do the no boil method. The noodles are good, but definitely get mushy when over-cooked. The Tinkyada ones are the only ones I've seen.

The post last week about butternut squash lasagna has me craving lasagna. I'm GF and haven't had a proper lasagna in ages. I don't think I ever actually see GF lasagna noodles so I wanted to see if any of my other GF bees have had any experience with any brands? Also, can you do the no boil method with them? Lastly, has anyone had any success with freezing a pan of lasagna with GF noodles and not had them get all mushy? My biggest complaint about GF substitutes is that they don't reheat well. I know you can use zucchini or other thinly sliced veggies but I'm craving the real thing! Thanks!
