Bake in 9x12 pan @ 350 for 20-30 mins</p> <p>While cooking, whisk together: 2c powdered sugar &amp; 1/3c lemon juice (if using fresh - approx 2 med lemons). Should be glaze-y.</p> <p>When cake is done, poke holes all over with a fork or toothpick and then immediately pour the glaze over it.</p> <p>Tastes best the next day after it's been in the fridge!
