fruit based Popsicles! watermelon/lime was good when I was feeling horrible. goldfish crackers, plain salted chips, apple sauce, arrowroot cookies, sometime I could manage baby carrots. basically plain, cold foods worked best.

ramen, applesauce, and graham crackers. Graham crackers and gatorade are my go-to sick food. They come up mild, too, and don't seem to bother me because they aren't strongly flavored.

I hope something works for you soon!

PB and jelly sandwiches, crackers or salty chips, sodas when my nausea was really bad (like a Dr. pepper--only thing I felt like I could keep down), and cereal. That was it. Those few things.

ETA: I should add, I don't have extreme HG, like you--I just have very very bad 24/7 nausea for 4 months in both of my pregnancies. But I learned quickly in my first pregnancy that although NOTHING was appealing--not even the things I listed--if I could force myself to eat them, I would feel ever so slightly less sick.

I know it's much harder with HG, though.

I have HG and have had trouble eating for the last 4 months. Now I've caught my husbands plague/head cold and I just can't seem to make myself eat :( I tried comfort food last night and had to spit out the first bite because I was going to be sick. I had a half a piece of toast today and some juice for the calories but that really doesn't seem like enough and not one single thing sounds appealing.

What do you eat when you don't feel good?
