He dropped the late afternoon nap but it took a while for the mid day nap to lengthen so we had to move up bedtime until he fully adjusted.

Dropped her early evening catnap around 7 months when we did the 2-3-4 schedule. Then she napped 10:30-12:30 and 3:30-4:30. Our next nap drop was around 15 months and now she naps 12:30-3:00.

LO had an early morning (2 hours after waking up), afternoon, and then late afternoon nap.

The late afternoon one dropped, but we put him to bed pretty early - 6:30 p.m.

I guess we dropped the super early morning one-- when we were on 3 naps, it was an hour after they woke up. When we switched to 2 naps, the first nap was two hours after they woke up, and the 2nd nap was still in the early afternoon.

LO had a morning, afternoon, and early evening catnap. He dropped the catnap eventually, and his afternoon nap got longer.

Which nap did your LO drop (or did you encourage them to drop) when they were moving from 3 to 2?

DS is becoming somewhat resistant to his early afternoon nap, despite being exhausted! I'm curious to see how it happened for others.
