I was super nauseous and had very sore boobs. I also had weird cramps. This was the first month off BCP. After that my body went "normal." I tend to get very sore boobs before AF and some cramps (but nothing painful) every month. I've gained weight too. Yesterday afternoon I wanted to crawl in a ball underneath my desk and cry. I was having tugs in my stomach this morning and of course thought, "Ooh! Maybe I'm ovulating!" lol but it was all the way across and more in the middle, above my bellybutton. They have gotten slightly better, however my cycle has completely changed since then. Then I got the worst period of my life on day 34! I was also on the pill for 12 years or so and couldn't remember what life was life pre-pill. Ever since that ended, I have been totally wiped out physically -- sore boobs, achy limbs, more tired than usual, passing nausea. </p> <p>For the record, I am NOT under the impression that I am pregnant. We BD'ed unprotected on 12/10, but I don't think that, given the timing of the withdrawal bleed shortly after combined with the fact that that was, uh, like a week ago, I'm most certain that these are symptoms of going off BC.</p> <p>Did anybody else have these pesky issues? I was on the pill straight for the past almost-three years, but on and off for about 12 years. If you had similar symptoms, how long did it take for them to clear up? I know everybody's different, but I do wish that this time period of feeling like crap was accompanied by a bun in the oven, rather than just the usual ol' BC withdrawal. </p>
