All they did was ask me if I was pregnant, I said yes, and they asked to see a letter from my DR which I had brought with me. That's it. This was on Celebrity. I would say as long as your doctor is ok with it (you're not showing any signs of preterm labor, etc) go ahead! It's only 4 days and I'm sure they just don't want you to go into labor on the boat.
