She is 14 and in 8th grade and has no special certifications. The baby will be asleep and it will be about 2.5 hours of her time, we are picking her up and dropping her off. </p> <p>I have ZERO idea what I'm supposed to pay her! I want to be "fair" and hope that I can use her for the next four years here and there. We live outside a fairly big city in the northeast for reference, and she is my former coworkers daughter. </p> <p>Any advice?! </p>
