I drank, ate everything, went in the hot tub, etc... And I had a totally healthy pregnancy/baby! Not to say you should do the same, but I wouldn't be concerned. It sounds like you've understandably been under a bit of stress with TTC and could use the relaxation. I know that pregnant women are supposed to avoid hot tubs, but think of all the women less in tune with their cycles who don't realize they're pregnant until a few weeks along and continue to drink/eat sushi/whatever until then. My mom's birthday is coming up and there is a new spa that opened up around us. I was thinking of taking her there for her birthday as her gift. The spa consists of hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, cold tubs, etc. </p> <p>Around the time that we would go, I would probably be between 2-4 dpo. </p> <p>What would you do? Should I try to think of something else? I'm torn because this is our 7th cycle trying. On one hand, I feel like for the last 7 months I've been trying to be careful during the TWW, and it's been for nothing. On the other hand, what if this could be our lucky cycle?</p> <p>What would you do? </p>
