Definitely get Galbi (short ribs). If you don't want to risk the seafood pancake, they might have a plain scallion pancake, that's delicious too (with the spiced soy sauce it comes with). It can get pricey so try not to over order, especially if they give you lots of ban chan (complimentary side dishes). And definitely ask for lots of lettuce-- that's my favorite way to eat it. Lay lettuce leaf on your palm, add some rice, a slice of galbi, a schmear of the orange sauce it comes with (or the red spicy, I'm not a spicy eater but I can stand a tiny smear) and wrap it up and eat!
