Canadian Tire - we for Christmas lights and when we went to put them up the second year half of them didn't work. We took them back, no receipt or anything, and they replaced them with a better set. Also today I went to buy a blender. They had it on sale at $104.99 (from $189) but it was at another Canadian Tire for $94.99 (apparently they're all independently owned so they all set their own prices). I asked to price match, the customer service agent looked it up in their system, and said at a different store it was $74.99 so did I want to price match at that price? Obviously I did, so not only did I get it at $30 less than their price I got $8 in Canadian Tire money because they have a system where if you find it cheaper you get 10% of the total price in CT money.

Bjorn - our (really old) balance bouncer had a small tear. I sent it back in the prepaid label and they mailed me a whole new bouncer in the newer model. It's an 800 number but no wait on the calls!!

I also had a great experience with J. Crew for kids' clothes. I ordered a silk ruffle dress for my daughter as a flower girl dress. When I got it, it was completely wrinkled and folded all weird and just looked terrible. I called J. Crew, and not only did they send me a new one, but they refunded my money!

Contours! I just bought a stroller and the foam ripped on the handle when it barely caught on the trunk. I emailed asking how to replace the foam and they're shipping me an entirely new frame!

Our babysitter broke the parent portion of our Motorola monitor. A part snapped inside that made the power button no longer work. We called Motorola and they sent us a completely new monitor and didn't make us send back any of the old pieces. Which is awesome because now we have an extra camera since the one from our original set still works great.

Uppababy - I called them twice on two separate occasions. when we first got out stroller we took it on the plane with us and I forgot to take our cupholder off. Well it snapped off and I needed a new one. I called uppababy and they replaced it for free, no questions asked.

The second time I called because one of the screws fell off our stroller and they overnighted a shipping box to us and fixed the stroller. we had to pay $45 but I think it was really for the shipping cost.

Kickboard USA - I bought a micro mini for DD and I had a couple of questions. Their customer service was great, they stayed on the phone with me for a good 15 minutes answering my questions.

Wow that is amazing.

Medela was amazing when the power supply to my pump started making a rattling noise. They sent me a new adapter right away.

Amazon has replaced packages that did not get delivered (or were delayed in transit).

Have you guys had any great customer service experiences with baby gear companies?

We've had our Diaper Genie for 3 years and have used the heck out of it! A couple weeks ago, something broke inside when my mom tried to shove a diaper in without opening the "trap door." My husband called the company and asked if there was a new part he could install, and they just sent us an entire BRAND NEW Diaper Genie, totally for free! We didn't even have to pay shipping.

I love it when companies have great service like that. :) Have you had great experiences?
