They may have all the gear but there's always a need for takeout and children's tylenol.</p> <p>Or maybe a book with a special inscription? They've got the baby gear down at this point... so I'm wondering what we could get them to celebrate their new arrival.</p> <p>We've already offered babysitting of their older kids, but they have lots of family in the area so I'm pretty sure they won't take us up on that... any other ideas? </p>
