The yard for this place is AMAZING. Hydrangeas and daylilies and hostas... Has a patch in the back the PERFECT size for a garden (appears to be a filled in swimming pool), and a perfect spot for grilling. There's a shed, the bedrooms are roughly how we'd want them painted (though the would-be guest bedroom is peach. With green carpet. And I've got a red and black comforter for my guest bed.) It has a library, a laundry room where we can lock up the cats at night... </p> <p>Send good mojo for fast approval! </p>
