I highly recommend the Complete Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga and Short Forms DVD with Jennifer Wolfe. It's a 2-disk set and comes with routines in varying time frames: 15 mins., 30 mins., 45 mins., and I belive 75 mins., as well as a partner yoga session demo.

I've only done the 15 and 30, but I always feel great afterwards and it's almost exactly like my prenatal yoga class. And it has great modifications for each trimester.

@tequiero21: I have the Summer Sanders, too, though I've only watched it :)

I have Element Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga and love it! It's only 30 minutes long and more of a good stretch than a workout, but it is soooo relaxing. Plus there is a 30 minute postnatal sequence that I'm looking forward to doing after the baby comes. And it's only $8 on amazon.

@tequiero21: lol. well i could use a general work out tape, too. i used to do jillian michaels, but that is just way too intense for pregnancy.

i actually bought one! summer sanders' prenatal workout. bought it on a whim while i was at barnes and noble. tried it for the first time on monday. i did the express workout and just the stretches kicked my butt. haha. i couldn't finish it because i didn't want to overexert myself, but i plan to build up to it. (it wasn't bad, but i'm really out of shape.)

edit: hmm. thought it was yoga that i was buying, i guess it's just a workout haha. oops.

I looked On Demand and couldn't find anything. Anyone have suggestions for a good DVD to order?
