Daycare was really on board when we started potty training and they mentioned sending pull ups (DS only goes half days to daycare). For us, I didn't see the point of pull ups because that would tell DS it was still ok to go in the diaper. We did underwear only at home and continued diapers for a week at school. When I first sent him to school in underwear he had one pee accident the first day, one poop accident the second day and hasn't had an accident since either at home or school (going on 3+ weeks now). They are about $20 a piece but you can wash them over and over again. We have had great luck with the Flip and the Grovia brands. I am excited about potty training but need help finding a cheap option! </p> <p>It seems like Pampers/Huggies run around $20 for 50 diapers. $0.40 per diaper seems really expensive! </p> <p>I did see my grocery store (publix) had some a bit cheaper ($8 for 25 diapers or $0.32 per diaper). But I'm not sure about quality. </p> <p>Any suggestions? </p>
