Target has Huggies Little Movers Slip Ons - 20 pack of 5s for $8.99 - then you can use a $2 Target Little Movers Slip On Coupon + a Huggies coupon (I have an extra $3 off one, but it expires on the 27th I think). So that is .20 cents a diaper - if you have a Red Card, then a little less. I bought 3 packs of size 3s this way just now.

http://www.allthingstarget.com/2013/07/31/target-huggies-diapers-only-3-64/
(The little movers coupon works and can be printed 2x per computer - the other link is expired but there may be other ones out there). I can mail you the one I have if you want.

Is transitioning straight to undies an option? Daycare was really on board when we started potty training and they mentioned sending pull ups (DS only goes half days to daycare). For us, I didn't see the point of pull ups because that would tell DS it was still ok to go in the diaper. We did underwear only at home and continued diapers for a week at school. When I first sent him to school in underwear he had one pee accident the first day, one poop accident the second day and hasn't had an accident since either at home or school (going on 3+ weeks now). I get it though if they just don't feel like cleaning up accidents all the time.

Have you thought about cloth pullups? They are about $20 a piece but you can wash them over and over again. We have had great luck with the Flip and the Grovia brands. You could also do the cheap Gerber thick underwear.

My daughters daycare is asking us to provide pull ups. I am excited about potty training but need help finding a cheap option!

It seems like Pampers/Huggies run around $20 for 50 diapers. $0.40 per diaper seems really expensive!

I did see my grocery store (publix) had some a bit cheaper ($8 for 25 diapers or $0.32 per diaper). But I'm not sure about quality.

Any suggestions?
