I think Asian women (and all women for that matter) are very sexualized on the interwebs, but no one really searches for North American, European, South American, or African women--but as an umbrella term "Asian" is used to find "hot Asian girls." Terms for other ladies would be like, Latina or Ebony which would probably bring up something similar.
