Over Thanksgiving, my 92-year old Grandma kept saying, "You're just as thick as you are tall!" I finally said that I'd only gained 10 lbs, which is on the light side for twins at 20 weeks, and she said, "Well, it must be all air in there because you're just thick." And yeah, no one on either side of our families are ever discreet or tactful about telling someone when they've gained weight. Oh no, it's straight up, "don't eat this/that, you're getting too fat!"</p> <p>@autumnlove: haha, it's always one extreme or another. Like everyone's been on a bump watch for a few months eyeing me like a hawk, and now that they can "see it", I'm being told to watch what I eat. She said that most women are skinnier after having kids but I'm seemed to have chunked out. I was actually told that I need to watch my weight and diet and not gain too much (by G Aunt &amp; G Uncle)! I told them everyone's been telling me how small I am still, and they just said, "oh yeah, well, you're Asian - and you'll BLOW UP in the last couple of months..."<br /> Gotta love my tactless Asian relatives... I should be so used to this kind of stuff by now. *sigh* </p>
