I don't know if I have thrush--I don't have any white spots on my nipples, and LO doesn't have any white spots in his mouth. But I have burning/throbbing pain after he feeds, and latching on is painful. I also did have cracked/bleeding nipples, and also have mastitis, and I know those things often go hand in hand. I'm going to try to call the pedi tomorrow, but in case I can't get in touch with her, is there any downside to starting GSE/genitian violet just in case? It seems like more of a homeopathic remedy... </p>
