It was a calm and very nice day. My son was so cute and loved his gifts (and didn't ask for more, I was nervous). He built a fort. I just got me thinking about people who cant afford to give their children gifts and how painful that must be. All children should have wonderful and magical Christmases and I hate that some do not. </p> <p>I'm grateful that we could give E an incredible time. I'm grateful for the wonderful families and friends we have, who also spoilt her and fill our days with love. We have our two beautiful girls, a comfortable home, and are able to put a special dinner on the table and gifts under the tree, plus the tree was overflowing with gifts from our families to the girls. I have gotten annoyed about things here and there and spent half the day in the bedroom nursing the baby, but I'd say it's been my favorite Christmas ever.</p> <p>Eta: oh! And the baby slept during mealtimes do I got to seat and eat hot food with my family. The toddler was so good and funny all day. Or today if you don't celebrate.</p> <p>It was a really great day up until a few hours ago. I got really annoyed but I am choosing to let it go. Because it just does not matter. We were able to put gifts under the tree for our girls. A lot of parents can't. We had a humongous spread for Christmas dinner. A lot of people can't. We were able to surround our girls with their grandparents, cousins and uncles. A lot of people wish to be around their families and can't. And most importantly, our home was full of love today, above all else. A lot of people wish for that and never recieve it </p> <p>We are so blessed. And I am so grateful. 💚❤️</p> <p>I am grateful for all of these things.</p> <p>Merry Christmas!! </p>
